The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Analyst to support our team. This role requires a blend of administrative and analytical skills, with a strong emphasis on meeting coordination, briefing preparation, project tracking, and advanced Excel proficiency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities, along with a proactive and professional attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and participants are prepared and informed.
- Prepare comprehensive briefings and presentations, utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Track project progress and milestones, ensuring timely completion and reporting.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, create reports, and support decision-making processes.
- Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, handling communications, and performing various office tasks.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of databases and spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and project objectives.
- Demonstrate reliability, time management, and strong customer service in all interactions.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of related work experience or a High School diploma with at least 7 years of related work experience.

Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Effective verbal and written communication abilities.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.

Experience with inbound/outbound phone communication

Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic.

Previous experience in administrative or project support roles is preferred.

Clearance: Ability to receive and maintain secret security clearance

An Active Secret clearance is preferred

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$63,300 - 129,700 USD
