The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Program Manager located in Tampa, FL with an Active TS/SCI clearance. This position will be responsible for overseeing and managing a UAS program to ensure it meets financial, operational, and strategic goals for SOCOM.
Responsibilities:

Provide cost, schedule and performance on a daily basis to support technical and programmatic mission.
-
Utilize project management methodologies and tools to track progress and mitigate risks.
-
Lead a cross-functional team including UAS SMEs, COCOM Operators, Intelligence analysts program management office staff.
-
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
Required:
-
Active TS/SCI clearance
-
BS/BA Degree with a minimum of ten (10) years of DoD related program management with the United States (U.S.) military and/or other Government agencies.
-
Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and achieving significant revenue and profit targets.
-
Knowledge and experience with SOCOM mission and/or C-UAS Capabilities.
-
Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
Desired:
-
MA/MS in applicable degree field.
-
10 years of experience conducting progressive technical and management for; design, analysis, and implementation of commercial state-of-the art communications network systems and subsystems.

PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
-
Integrate technology, resources, and mission capabilities for new opportunities within the program.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$108,900 - $239,500
