The Opportunity:
ELITE will incorporate Print Services Manager (Journeyman) responsible for the Operations and maintenance of Printer capabilities to include: Print Device planning, print cartridge management, vendor engagement, capacity planning, scheduling service, and sustainment into production operation environments servicing EUCOM.
Responsibilities:
The Print Manager shall provide the following:
-Deliver, operate, and manage print services.
-Configure authenticated print release at each printer, as directed.
-Repair, or replace inoperative printers and dispose of all printers, if unable to restore to service.
-Print Production Oversight: Manage end-to-end print workflows, from job intake to final delivery.
-Quality Assurance: Ensure all printed materials meet client specifications and organizational standards.
-Scheduling & Deadlines: Plan and allocate print jobs to maximize efficiency and meet strict timelines.
-Equipment Management & Printer Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of HP printers and related machinery to minimize downtime.
-Print Server Administration: Configure, monitor, and manage print servers, ensuring secure and efficient job routing across enterprise networks.
-Inventory Control: Track and order supplies such as paper, ink, and toner.
-Staff Supervision: Lead, train, and evaluate print production staff.
-Vendor & Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with external vendors and internal teams to align print requirements.
-Strategic Innovation: Implement new technologies, including digital printing and sustainable practices.
-Vendor & OEM Engagement
-Serve as a primary point of contact with vendors and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
-Maintain professional relationships to support long-term procurement strategies and sustainment.
-Print Manager is to provide monthly activity reports and any other reports or documentations requested
Qualifications Required:
- Top Secret Clearances are required for this effort
- TDY travel may be required at Government discretion.
- 15 Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).
- Required DoD 8140 compliant certification such as CompTIA Security
Desired:

Knowledge with network and system security principles, protocols, and configurations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex security tool issues.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Understanding of industry compliance standards (e.g., DISA STIG) and relevant regulations is advantageous.

Willingness to stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and emerging security tools.

Strong organization skills for tracking and issuing devices

_________________________________________________________________________Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$67,800 - 142,200 USD
