The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Navy Senior Logistics/Readiness Analyst to support the Naval Forces Logistics (NFL) program efforts at Commander Naval Surface Forces, Atlantic (CNSL) in Norfolk, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as principal readiness analyst, technical expert, tracking CG, DDG, LCS, LHD, LPD and LSD class ships casualties as combatants approach deployment. Provide detailed CASREP trend metrics using Excel. Build daily executive readiness briefs in PowerPoint. Provide CASREP Changes and Executive CASREP Summery reports to Deputy, Current Readiness N4 and Readiness Operations Center-Material (ROC-M).
- Develop solutions and provide recommendations for process improvement.
- Prepare presentations and conduct briefings with military and civil service personnel at various levels. Collect, review, monitor, and analyze CASREP data obtained via message traffic, MFOM-C and eCASREP sites.
- Develop performance metrics, reports, briefs, presentations and demonstrations to compile data received/analyzed.
Qualifications:

Secret clearance-Must be Current

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related business discipline.

Must have a minimum of eight years of experience in a combination of Navy logistics and Navy logistics AISs management
-
As a substitute for a bachelor’s Degree, eight additional years of experience in a combination of Navy and logistics and AISs management is acceptable. Education equivalency experience is in addition to the minimum experience of the labor category

In-depth experience in the use of MFOM-C and eCASREP sites.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$61,600-$129,300
