The Director of Finance Transformation is a leadership role in partnering with teams across the enterprise to transform CACI's enterprise finance systems. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute significantly to strategic and operational decision making with a focus on standardization and optimization of finance systems. The individual will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement changes to financial systems and ensure policies and practices are created/implemented as the transformation moves through its lifecycle. The individual must possess superior finance acumen focused on the defense/government contracting industry, a business partner mindset, authentic leadership, collaboration and impactful communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for functioning as a top finance expert supporting an enterprise finance infrastructure. Studies and analyzes finance system needs, system development, systems process analysis, design, and finance re-engineering.
- Works with the enterprise to solve business problems with technology including software and databases; on premise and/or in the cloud.
- Designs and defines finance system architecture for integration of multiple platforms and applications across the enterprise.
- Determines finance systems specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for software compatibility and maintenance of system security.
- Develops and documents the framework for integration and implementation for changes to finance standards.
- Assists in the development and management of data and software governance models.
- Maintains knowledge of changes in ERP technology.
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Accounting with 12+ years’ experience with ERP system implementation initiatives (with focus on Deltek Costpoint)
- Proven experience with internal financial system reliability, security and performance
- Ability to communicate performance and key metrics associated with Finance Transformation projects
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint migrations and/or re-implementation
- Strong knowledge of Deltek Costpoint functionality as a user and system administrator
- Large government contractor experience is a must

Knowledge of all Costpoint modules including Materials and Sales Orders

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$131,700 - $289,700
