The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a skilled and experienced SCI SCA Rep Liaison Support Specialist (Level 1) to join our dynamic team to support a DoD client in Suitland, MD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Assurance (IA) and Accreditation and Authorization (A&A) processes, with a thorough understanding of DoD, IC, and national-level security initiatives. This role requires a results-oriented individual with exemplary interpersonal and customer relations skills, capable of effectively communicating both orally and in writing.
Responsibilities:

Liaison Duties: Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and the SCA Rep for all IA-related matters.

A&A Process: Support the Accreditation and Authorization (A&A) process in accordance with ICD-503 and NIST Framework.
-
RMF Compliance: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) as defined in NIST 800-37.
-
System Security: Ensure compliance with DoD, DISA, NNWC, DoDIIS, and IC tools, systems, and reporting mechanisms.

POA&M Management: Track and report the completion of Plan of Action and Milestone (POA&M) deliverables associated with the system’s Authority to Operate (ATO) RMF package.

Security Testing: Conduct security testing and evaluation in accordance with established information assurance standards.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to IA processes and compliance.

Communication: Provide clear and concise oral and written communication to stakeholders regarding IA status, issues, and resolutions.
Qualifications:

TS/SCI Security Clearance

BA/BS in IT, IA, or a related field is desired. Alternatively, a minimum of 5 years of A&A experience with ICD-503 and/or NIST Framework is required.

Extensive experience in information assurance, including accreditation, security testing, and evaluation.

Knowledge of DoD, IC, and national-level system security initiatives and secure Information/LAN/WAN technologies.

Experience using web-based applications like Telos Xacta system, eMASS, or similar RMF automation tools.
-
Exemplary results-oriented interpersonal and customer relations expertise.
-
Effective oral and written communication skills.
-
General understanding of RMF as defined in NIST 800-37.

Certifications:

All Contractor personnel must meet the requirements of the DOD Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program, DOD 8570.01-M, prior to employment. Acceptable certifications include but are not limited to CISSP, CAP, GSLC, CISM, etc.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$86,600 - $181,800
