The Opportunity:

VTC support for EUCOM Headquarters conference rooms.

Responsibilities:

Meeting Support: Providing on-site support for executive-level meetings, ensuring seamless operation of VTC/UC platforms

System Maintenance: Testing, repairing, and upgrading AV equipment, including display systems, audio/video conferencing units, microphones, and control systems (e.g., CISCO WEBEX VTC endpoints, Biamp audio system, Thinklogical systems, Video wall, Crestron).

Troubleshooting: Identifying and correcting malfunctions in real-time to prevent meeting downtime. ( CISCO WEBEX VTC endpoints, Biamp audio system, Thinklogical systems, Video wall, Crestron). In call/meeting AV troubleshooting

Client Interface: Acting as the direct contact for VIP users, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction and professionalism.

Scheduling: Conference Room scheduling and VTC scheduling for Executives.

Qualifications:

Required

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with IP networking, VoIP, audio routing, and video switching systems.
• Expert level experience with hardware from vendors like Cisco, Polycom, Crestron, Thinklogical.
• Experience: Generally, requires extensive experience with AV, VTC systems, or network administration.

Executive Communication Team experience:

• Physical : Ability to lift 50 lbs and travel many flights of stairs daily.

• Desire: High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to work under pressure

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,700 - 173,900 USD
