CACI is seeking a Strategic Capture Director to serve as a senior member of CACI’s Strategic Capture team focused on the company’s advanced technology pursuits.

  • Operate as a senior capture leader within CACI’s Strategic Capture organization, partnering closely with executives, solution leaders, and operations.
  • Lead high-value, complex DoD and FEDCIV capture pursuits (> $75M) focused on advanced technology and applied mission innovation.
  • Own end-to-end capture execution for complex opportunities, shaping differentiated, executable solutions across Digital Solutions, Enterprise IT, C5ISR, Cyber, Space, Spectrum Superiority.
  • Drive technically differentiated, executable strategies that balance mission impact, affordability, and risk.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute end-to-end capture strategies from opportunity qualification through award.
  • Lead win strategy development, integrating technical, management, teaming, staffing, pricing, and risk into a unified capture plan.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and SMEs to develop credible, mission-aligned strategies and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed customer and stakeholder profiles, including priorities, decision drivers, and biases.
  • Conduct competitive assessments using data-driven and AI-assisted analysis to inform positioning and bid strategy.
  • Prepare and lead capture milestone reviews, executive briefings, and bid/no-bid recommendations.
  • Develop and manage B&P budgets, spend plans, and capture health metrics; manage risk and ROI.
  • Continuously improve capture processes and apply lessons learned across CACI’s portfolio.

Qualifications Required

  • 12 years of experience leading capture, solution architecture, or proposal efforts for DoD and/or FEDCIV pursuits, with demonstrated contribution to winning outcomes.
  • Proven experience leading technically complex pursuits.
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes, contract types, and evaluation methodologies.
  • Experience integrating BOEs into capture decision-making.
  • Technical fluency sufficient to challenge solutions, assess tradeoffs, and translate complexity into customer value.
  • Practical AI fluency, including use of AI-enabled tools for customer research, competitive intelligence, capture planning, or proposal development.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including briefing senior executives and government customers.
  • Ability to operate independently, influence without authority, and align diverse stakeholders.

Desired

  • 8 years of experience in solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical leadership roles supporting DoD and/or FEDCIV capture and proposal efforts.

  • TS or TS/SCI clearance.
