C.H. Robinson is seeking an Junior Logistics specialist/Associate Logistics Representative to join our 4PL (RMS) division in Wrocław.

This role is ideal for early‑career professionals who already have hands‑on logistics experience, whether gained through an internship or a first full‑time role, and are ready to continue building their career in a fast‑paced, international environment.

As a Junior Logistics specialist/ Associate Logistics Representative, you will play a key role in managing supply chain data and supporting smooth transportation operations for our customers. You will work closely with internal teams, customers, and service providers to execute daily transportation activities, support operational performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build relationships with customer contacts to support day‑to‑day transportation execution
  • Proactively monitor shipments and follow up on daily exceptions
  • Support resolution of service failures with transportation providers in collaboration with customers and internal teams
  • Identify cost‑saving opportunities (e.g., route guide optimization, order consolidation, lead time compliance)
  • Provide professional and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Support achievement of tactical and operational KPI targets (quality and productivity metrics)
  • Assist with reconciliation of weekly financial reports
  • Run, maintain, and improve daily shipment and operational reports
  • Identify and support the implementation of operational efficiency improvements
  • Execute customer‑requested changes accurately and on time (e.g., rescheduling, service provider notifications)
  • Collect, organize, and share operational information with internal stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

  • minimum 1-2 years of work experience in logistics or transportation
  • Fluency in English is a MUST for this role
  • Proactive, independent, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting
  • Customer‑focused mindset with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Open, adaptable attitude and willingness to follow and improve processes
  • Bachelor or Master degree or ongoing studies in Logistics or Supply Chain related degree
