At C.H. Robinson, we relentlessly pursue better ways to move freight—and in our expedited business, precision and speed matter most. The Director, Expedited is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the strategy that powers our most time‑sensitive transportation solutions, including expedited ground, air freight, and high‑value shipments.
As the single‑threaded leader for expedited services, you will own the end‑to‑end performance of the portfolio, driving material growth, operational excellence, and innovation through our lean operating model. You will lead customer and carrier go‑to‑market strategies, solution design, product evolution, and business development, ensuring C.H. Robinson consistently delivers reliability, scale, and differentiation in the expedited market.
As the Director, you will partner closely with revenue management, commercial, and shared services teams to optimize coverage and performance across expedited truckload and LTL. Serving as a strong advocate for the carrier community, you will build and expand strategic partnerships that enable flawless execution for time‑critical freight.
In collaboration with product, science, and analytics teams, you will help define the technology and capability roadmap, translating strategy into scalable, data‑driven solutions. Working alongside the Vice President, NAST Committed Assets, you will own financial forecasting, P&L outcomes, and performance accountability across the expedited portfolio.
This is an opportunity to lead, build, and grow one of C.H. Robinson’s most critical and dynamic service offerings—where speed, innovation, and customer impact come together every day.
