Payroll Analyst - Graduate (APAC HR Operations) - 2027 Start

You will help shape scalable HR operations in one of the world’s most dynamic regions, improving everyday employee experiences while enabling teams to work effectively and grow with confidence.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monthly end-to-end payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, outputs, and statutory reporting;
• Participate in the improvement and implementation of payroll processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy through AI and automation tools;
• Support payroll implementation in accordance with new policies or changes in laws and regulations;
• Manage payroll vendors effectively to achieve the targeted deliverables;
• Provide payroll reporting and analysis to the stakeholders and assist with internal and external audits;
• Partner and work collaboratively with stakeholders to enhance the employee experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications

• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any field of study;

• Sensitivity to numbers and are comfortable working with data;

• Good collaborator and team player;

• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment;

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Preferred Qualification

• Basic understanding of payroll processes is a plus.
