Data Center Business Development & Commercial Manager, Land - Data Center Development - APAC

About the Team:

The Datacenter Development team is responsible for site selection, acquisition and delivery. We conduct deep analysis and form strategic partnership in the area of energy (both conventional and renewable) and land.

• As the Land Business development and commercial manager, you will be responsible for the following but not limited to;
• Conduct due diligence and maintain an inventory of land situation in the APAC region, covering industrial and commercial.
• Conduct due diligence and maintain a set of land permitting process in the APAC region.
• Co-formulate Data Center site selection strategy.
• Work closely with regional public policy lead to engage and build relationships with land regulators.
• Lead and develop strategic partnership with Government, industrial park developers, land owners and consultants.
• Own and structure land deals and agreements.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Business, Finance, Economics or any Engineering discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Strong understanding of industrial and commercial land development
• Proficient in financial modeling and analysis
• Skilled at multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role within the data centre industry
• Flexible and willing to travel frequently on short notice
