HRBP Project Intern (Global Business Solutions) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is Tik Tok's commercial engine, responsible for driving revenue by enabling the success of our global Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Strategic Partnerships functions.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:

• Support HR projects, including talent review, engagement initiatives, and organizational planning
• Assist in data tracking, reporting, and documentation with high accuracy
• Coordinate with stakeholders across different markets and functions
• Provide logistical and communication support for HR programs and events
• Cross-functional followup and individual General Inquiry
• Documentation preparation for mobility/transfers

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and a high sense of ownership
• Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid project management skills
• Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English
