Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance System Construction and Optimization: Establish and continuously improve the quality inspection standards, processes, and tools for HR operation processes, and build a systematic quality assurance system.
• Quality Monitoring: Regularly conduct quality assurance on various processes of human resource operations, with a focus on monitoring compliance, accuracy, and timeliness to ensure that operational quality consistently meets the standards.
• Quality Issue Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Conduct in-depth analysis based on quality assurance results, periodically produce quality assurance reports, and identify key issues and potential risk points; collaborate with HROP Global process experts, regional teams, and upstream and downstream teams to develop improvement plans and drive their implementation, continuously enhancing overall operational quality.
• Risk event management: Timely track and review major quality assurance issues or quality events, identify the root causes, drive the closure of rectification, and improve the prevention mechanism.
• Intelligent Upgrade of Quality Assurance: Explore and implement intelligent means such as AI quality assurance, or introduce other tools to improve the coverage and execution efficiency of quality assurance.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification(s)

• Have independent thinking ability and judgment, clear logic, and good problem analysis and report writing skills.

• Have a certain management perspective and be able to provide management advice to the organization.

• Has good implementation capabilities and can understand business details.

• Strong sense of responsibility, attentive to process details, able to identify potential risks, and quick in action.

• Strong communication skills and demonstrates resilience.

• Proficient in using Data Analysis tools such as Excel, Base, AI etc., with basic data processing capabilities.

• Proficient in English, with strong oral and written communication skills.

• Preferred Qualification(s)

• Candidates with experience in multiple HR modules or related to quality assurance/audit are preferred
