Lead a Global Team. Shape the Way Clinical Trials Get Started.

This is a senior leadership role with real strategic weight. As Associate Director of Site Contracting Operations, you'll have the authority and platform to transform how a global site contracting function operates, leading a multi-regional team, owning the operational strategy, and directly influencing how quickly clinical trials reach patients.

If you're an experienced contracting leader who's ready to step into a role where your decisions shape performance across regions, portfolios, and programmes, this is the opportunity you've been building towards.

This is a role for a leader who wants to make a measurable difference to how clinical trials operate globally. If you're ready to own that challenge, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Setting the strategic direction for regional operations You'll define how site contracting gets done across your regions; from cycle time performance to resource planning and process efficiency. This isn't about maintaining the status quo; it's about building a smarter, faster, more consistent operation.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team You'll coach and grow a team of contracting professionals, creating a culture where accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement are the norm. Watching your team develop and deliver is one of the most rewarding parts of this role.
  • Being the person who solves the hard problems When contracting delays, CRO performance issues, or system blockers arise, you're the escalation point. You'll drive cross-functional resolution quickly and confidently, keeping studies on track and stakeholders informed.
  • Owning data, systems, and performance insights You'll oversee the contracting management system, ensure data integrity, and deliver the analytics and dashboards that help senior leadership make better decisions. Your grip on operational performance will directly shape how the function is resourced and invested in.
  • Driving innovation and process improvement From automation to standardisation to digital capability adoption, you'll lead initiatives that make the contracting network more efficient and scalable. You'll leave the function genuinely better than you found it.

What You'll Bring

  • At least 10 years of experience in site contracting operations or a senior leadership role within clinical trials
  • A track record of leading teams and delivering measurable performance outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial contracting frameworks, FMV principles, and financial governance
  • Confidence using data and analytics to drive decisions and communicate performance
  • The communication skills and leadership presence to influence at senior levels across a complex organisation
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Leadership or management certification is a plus

Additional Details

  • Up to 20% travel, for team engagement, stakeholder meetings, and operational oversight across regions.
  • 50% hybrid working policy

If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway. You could be one step away from work that will transform your life and career.

Compensation Overview:

  • Warsaw
  • PL: zł392,088 - zł475,118

The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. The final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience and in accordance with pay equity principles and applicable employment laws.
