Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Workday Core HCM and Security modules, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure that the Workday Core HCM and Security modules are aligned with the organization's business needs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Workday HCM and Security and ensure that the organization is leveraging the latest technologies and methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for Workday Core HCM and Security solutions, including technical specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Ensure that Workday Core HCM and Security solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Core HCM and Security solutions.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Collaborate with other IT leaders to ensure that Workday Core HCM and Security solutions are aligned with the overall IT strategy of the organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Workday Core HCM and Security configuration and maintenance.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Workday Core HCM and Security certification is preferred.

On-site Protocol

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
