Als Business Unit **Coordinator (m/w/d)**im Bereich Cell Therapy unterstützen Sie die den/die Brand Lead bzw. Marketing und Sales Director:in und die Marketing Customer Teams im operativen Tagesgeschäft und koordinieren alle Abläufe und Prozesse in diesem Bereich. Sie berichten an den/die Brand Lead bzw. Marketing und Sales Director:in und der Dienstsitz ist München.

Aufgabenbeschreibung:

• Verwaltung und Kontrolle der Budgets für den Bereich Cell Therapy in SAP RPM, Erstellung von Bestellanforderungen, Rechnungsprüfung und Nachverfolgung.
• Planung und Organisation von Meetings.
• Ansprechpartner für beteiligte Agenturen im Hinblick auf Vertragserstellung, Projektabwicklung, Budgetkontrolle und Evaluation.
• Verwaltung der Print Materialien im Lager.
• Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Gestaltung neuer sowie der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse Die Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Funktionen ist je nach Aufgabenstellung unabdingbar.
• Steuerung der Freigabeprozesse für alle Dokumente aus dem Bereich Marketing Cell Therapy via digitaler Systeme und in Zusammenarbeit mit beteiligten Funktionen.

Qualifikationen:

• Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und haben idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Pharma Marketing gesammelt.
• Darüber hinaus haben Sie sehr gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, verfügen über eine sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit und ein effektives Zeitmanagement, so dass Ihnen die parallele Arbeit an mehreren Projekten mit wechselnden Prioritäten leicht fällt.
• Ihre Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig, verantwortungsbewusst, sorgfältig, strukturiert und proaktiv.
• Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Rechtschreibung und Orthographie, beschäftigen sich gerne mit Zahlen und Budgets.
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS Office und SAP) runden Ihr Profil ab.
