Job Description:
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Platform Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of robust Power Platform solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with a strategic approach to deliver innovative and effective business applications. The individual must have at least 5 years of experience working with large scale Enterprise Azure environments and deep understanding of Azure PaaS and the underlying Infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities
-
Lead the technical design, development, implementation and provide operational support of complex Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse (data modelling), Copilot Studio, and security.

Develop and integrate PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) components for advanced UI/UX customizations.

Apply ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) principles for solution packaging, versioning, and deployment.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into technical specifications and solution architectures.

Understand/ review functional specifications and translate into defined code including building in compliance and standard documentation.

Create a clear vision & enhance value from current applications & emerging technologies in the Power Platform pillar.

Build and maintain custom connectors for seamless integration with external systems and APIs. Oversee data integration strategies, including sourcing, cleansing, transformation, and loading of data from various systems into the Power Platform ecosystem.

Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all Power Platform applications, adhering to standard processes and company policies.

Develop and implement data management and governance frameworks within the Power Platform.

Design and create compelling data visualizations and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights.

Mentor and guide junior developers on Power Platform procedures, development standards, and problem-solving techniques.

Participate in group problem-solving sessions to identify root causes and implement effective solutions for technical challenges.

Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Apply commercial competence to understand business needs and deliver solutions that provide tangible value and align with strategic objectives.

Stay abreast of the latest Power Platform features, updates, and industry trends.

Supply to the overall data strategy and governance initiatives within the organization.
Job Qualifications & Technical skills
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-
Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus. C#, ASP.NET,HTML5/CSS3/Bootstrap and React frameworks.

Broader development experience in one or more object-oriented programming languages (e.g. Python, Go, Java, C/C++).
-
Validated experience in agile scrum delivery.
-
Ability to create custom connectors for Power Automate.

Broad knowledge of the O365 platform and Azure ecosystem.
-
Deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
-
Solid understanding of Dataverse architecture, security roles, and data modelling.
-
Deep expertise in building canvas apps and model driven apps using Dataverse including expertise in Dataverse security.
-
Deep understanding of Power Automate flow types (Cloud, Desktop, Business Process).
-
Development knowledge on CRM Plugins, CRM Workflows.
-
Development knowledge on PCF Controls for both canvas and model driven apps.

Demonstrable Knowledge in the application of modern Service Delivery methods

Site Reliability Engineering to traditional ITIL and understanding of Product Based delivery. Solid grasp of ALM standards for Power Platform solutions

Tried experience in leading the design and development of enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions.

Extensive experience with data integration, data sourcing, data cleansing and transformation, and Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes. Knowledge of Azure services, REST APIs, and modern authentication methods

Proficiency in data manipulation and data management standards.

Demonstrated ability in data visualization and interpretation, with a keen eye for presenting insights effectively.

Familiarity with M365 Copilot capabilities and AI driven features in Power Platform.

Proven understanding of digital security principles and their application within Power Platform solutions.
-
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Strong commercial competence with the ability to link technical solutions to business value.

Proven track record to give effectively in group problem-solving environments.
-
Experience in establishing and maintaining data strategy and governance frameworks.
