As an Expert Technologist Data Center Platform PG/EG you will be acting as the global subject matter expert for PG/EG based cooling fluids. You will be providing global technical leadership and guidance to regional teams and support shaping the Thermal Management business strategy.
As part of a global team, you play a key role in a strategic growth market driving innovations linked to AI, digitalization and sustainability.
This includes delivering integrated solutions and adding value to internal and external stakeholders in a safe, reliable, and efficient way

Your new area of responsibility - challenging and future-oriented

  • Act as the global authority on PG/EG-based cooling fluids, providing technical guidance and strategic insights across regions to internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Development and implementation of product strategies, including benchmarking of competitive products and ensuring compliance with global standards.
  • Defining and managing the technology and product strategy for water/glycol-based coolants, taking into account regional requirements and market trends.
  • Providing technical support through expert analysis, troubleshooting, training and continuous improvement of service and maintenance guidelines.
  • Lead global, cross-functional technology projects and collaborate with marketing, sales and supply chain to ensure successful product launches.
  • Drive innovation, identify new testing methods and actively participate in industry associations and standards committees.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate values, policies and regulatory requirements and integrate these into innovation processes and product development.
  • Support, coach and mentor members of the team to improve their overall capability and performance.

Your qualification profile - profound and passionate

  • Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • Strong capabilities of international and interculture communication in written and oral practices.
  • Profound knowledge about the formulation, application and production of glycol-based cooling fluids.
  • Demonstrated fundamental skills in problem analysis, experiment design, data processing and reporting.
  • Proven broad experience of technical development and technology deployment, especially the capabilities of developing an idea to a solution.
  • Wide connections with industrial partners including companies, institutes and researchers.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills and experience of working across teams.
