Job Description:
The Fresh Food & Proprietary Beverage Excellence Advisor at BP Products N.A. Inc. will be responsible for driving outstanding performance in fresh food and proprietary beverage offerings across our retail network. This role combines critical thinking with operational execution to enhance customer experience and commercial outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own the development and implementation of agile core practices for fresh food and proprietary beverage initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptability.
- Apply strong analytical thinking and data visualization skills to interpret customer data, identify market trends, and advise strategic decisions for product assortment, pricing, and promotions.
- Apply commercial competence to optimize profitability and sales growth within the fresh food and proprietary beverage categories.
- Drive customer-centric thinking throughout the organization, ensuring offerings meet evolving customer needs and preferences.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive retail training programs to elevate staff knowledge and execution in fresh food handling, preparation, and proprietary beverage service.
- Optimally connect with internal and external partners, encouraging positive relationships and alignment on strategic objectives.
- Leverage digital collaboration tools to streamline processes, share best practices, and facilitate effective communication across diverse teams.
- Maintain deep industry knowledge and advocate for BP's position as a leader in fresh food and proprietary beverage innovation.
- Champion operational excellence in fresh food and proprietary beverage preparation, display, and inventory management, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Handle day-to-day operations related to fresh food and proprietary beverage programs, identifying and resolving operational challenges.
- Cultivate and maintain strong partner relationships with internal key collaborators to drive operations excellence, category team, price book, and marketing.
- Contribute to retail territory development by finding opportunities for expansion and optimization of fresh food and proprietary beverage offerings.
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in a role requiring agility core practices, analytical thinking, and commercial competence.
- Demonstrated ability to apply customer-centric thinking and leverage customer data for strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in data visualization and interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in digital collaboration.
- Strong industry knowledge and advocacy, particularly within fresh food and beverage retail.
- Track record of driving operational excellence and operations management.
- Proficiency in Project Management
- Familiarity with retail territory development principles.
- Proven retail training skills.
