- Assist the on-boarding training for new hire
- Prepare training materials before training date (print documents, set up stuff such as: tables, laptops,..)
- Monitor the training and support associates during training, and report to supervisor and relevant parties if any issue
- Follow up the completion as well as record the training data.
- Assist the training organization
- Prepare training materials and equipment if required.
- Book the training room if assigned.
- Book tea-break for trainings and order the stationery to the facility department.
- Prepare the entry form for external trainer and prepare the participant list.
- Set up the room and required facilities before training date.
- Distribute training materials, follow up the attendance, collect surveys/documents and 5S the room after training.
- Record the training evidences (attendance list, training feedback, trainer feedback,..)

Communicate with associates, internal trainers and external trainers to set up for courses.

Update the training database (input data to training master file, KPIs, KPRs,...)

Coordinate the transportation arrangement for training outside the plant.

Distribute the certificates to associates after completion.

Visualize Training Calendar & display at plant.

Manage 5S in training rooms and in HRL3 storage.

Support the administrative tasks within the training team/department.

Support HRL events and projects if any.

Have chance to learn new things.

Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Bosch first started its operations in Vietnam in 1994 and registered a wholly-owned subsidiary in 2008. According to the business strategy of Bosch in Vietnam, from 1st July 2014 on all business entities were merged into Bosch Vietnam Co. Ltd. with its head office at Ho Chi Minh City plant (HcP) in Dong Nai Province.

HcP has started its belt assembly in a rented building on 1st August 2008 as the assembly plant of Tilburg Plant (TbP). On 14th April 2011, HcP celebrated the inauguration of the new plant (Lth101 with 17,000 sqm), which did not only allow to increase the production depth, but also to facilitate the push belt assembly of this high-tech product. On 3rd July 2012 HcP marked a big milestone by starting to produce the second component (loop-set) for its push belt. Since November 2012, HcP doubled the production floor space and increase the net total floor space up to 56.000 m², and have successfully increased its production capacity and realized a lot of new line SOP’s.
