Role Overview:

This role is designed to bridge Strategic Planning,Business Transition and **Marketing integration **across China and Southeast Asia region. You will be responsible for driving the regional business strategy from conception to execution, business transition and integration, while simultaneously integrating the marketing efforts of China and various Southeast Asian teams into a cohesive and powerful regional engine.

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Strategy Governance & Business Transition & Integration

  • Strategic Planning: Lead the formulation of the China & SEA business strategy, including market entry models, resource allocation, and long-term growth roadmaps.
  • Execution Oversight: Translate high-level strategy into actionable N-2 (two levels down) business plans and key results. Establish a cross-regional tracking system to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively from "headquarters to field."
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and consumer trends across China and SEA markets to provide data-backed insights for top-level decision-making.
  • Regional Transformation: Lead the strategic transformation agenda across China and SEA.
  • Value Creation & Synergy: Partner with regional leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute value creation initiatives. Track and report on synergy realization against integration targets.
  • Process Integration: Oversee the integration of key business processes across markets—including planning cycles, go-to-market frameworks, and performance management systems—to build a unified operating rhythm for the region.

Regional Marketing Integration

  • Cross-Market Alignment: Coordinate and align marketing objectives and resources between the China and Southeast Asian.

  • Strategic Synergy: Develop and drive a unified regional marketing strategy, Ensure brand consistency while empowering local teams to adapt tactics effectively.

  • Performance & Resource Optimization: Establish frameworks to assess marketing effectiveness and resource allocation efficiency across the region.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree strongly preferred.

  • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, marketing, or business management. Cross-regional experience is a plus.Strategic Vision: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable strategies with a long-term perspective.

  • Local & Global Insight: Deep understanding of consumer behavior, media ecosystems and channel dynamics across both regions.

  • Influence & Communication: Outstanding stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead and align diverse teams without direct authority through expertise and collaboration.

  • Language: Fluent proficiency in **English **is mandatory to navigate the multicultural business environment.
