Key tasks & responsibilities:
As an intern in the IT department at Robert Bosch in Brussels, you will participate in and take responsibility for various tasks and projects, including:
- Assist in daily IT operations, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting on-site technical needs
- Participate actively in the on-site team operations, contributing to team meetings and collaborative problem-solving
- Take the lead on small IT projects
- Support daily operations in areas such as Hardware as a Service (HaaS) and SMITE
- Collaborate with the Customer Loyalty Team to improve IT service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and documentation of IT systems and infrastructure
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT operations, project management, and customer loyalty initiatives within a leading global technology company. You will develop valuable skills in problem-solving, teamwork, and technical proficiency while contributing to the success of Bosch's digital initiatives.
Required:
- Currently pursuing a Business degree (ICT specialization is not required but advantageous)
- Strong interest in and aptitude for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and project management
- Excellent administrative and communication skills
- Fluency in English (Dutch and French language skills are a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
