SAP SD/O2C Consultant

Your tasks

• Support the transformation (fit to standard/template) and continuous improvement of business processes and solutions within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) domain.
• Plan and execute transformation/implementation initiatives and SAP rollout projects in collaboration with manufacturing plants, logistics, sales organizations, and internal IT teams.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, analyze business needs, and prepare functional specifications for SAP ERP solutions.
• Support SAP implementation activities, migration testing, authorization, user acceptance, and key user support during go-live.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, Warehousing, and Finance to optimize end-to-end business processes and system integrations.
• Drive stakeholder communication, change management, and user adoption to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide functional and non-functional expertise and ongoing support for global O2C processes and SAP solutions.

Your profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• English B2/C1 proficiency (fluent). Additional language skills are considered an advantage
• Minimum of 4 years of in-depth, hands-on professional experience in the SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) process area.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), with familiarity with integrated modules such as LE (Logistics Execution), MM (Materials Management), SAP TM (Transportation Management), and FI (Financial Accounting).
• Functional expertise in relevant SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI/CO, PP) is not mandatory but could be considered an advantage (preferred).
• Experience with SAP Fiori Apps relevant to the O2C process area is considered a plus.
• Hybrid expertise, combining deep knowledge of end-to-end business processes with strong SAP S/4HANA functional and technical expertise.
• Strong understanding of, and ideally hands-on experience with, modern supply chain concepts and processes.
• Proven ability to analyze, design, implement, optimize, and document complex end-to-end business processes.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives from analysis through implementation.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex processes, interpret technical documentation, and translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and collaborate effectively across cross-functional and international teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally (EU) on a regular basis.
