About the Role
Bosch Mobility Platform & Solutions (MPS) has built the Logistics Operating Stack (L.OS) — an integrated platform that enables fleet operations, compliance automation, digital workflows, and ecosystem connectivity across the logistics value chain.
The platform is built.
The next phase is scale and monetization expansion.
This role is responsible for accelerating revenue growth of the L.OS platform and commercializing new demand-driving modules such as:
- Regulatory and compliance solutions (e.g., HAZMAT)
- Embedded financial instruments
- Insurance-linked products
- Transaction-based services
- Value-added operational tools
Role Overview
The Manager – Logistics Platform Monetization & Scale will:
- Drive revenue growth across existing L.OS deployments
- Launch and commercialize new monetization modules
- Identify new demand levers within fleet and logistics ecosystems
- Work closely with product teams to convert new features into revenue streams
- Activate ecosystem partnerships that drive scalable adoption
This is a scaling and expansion role, not an early-stage build role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Scale
- Carry defined L.OS revenue target
- Expand existing deployments across fleets and operators
- Drive multi-site and multi-module adoption

Platform Monetization Expansion:
- Identify high-potential monetization themes such as:Regulatory compliance modules (e.g., HAZMAT)
- Financial services and embedded finance
- Transaction-based services
- Insurance-linked solutions
- Build structured commercial cases for new modules
- Drive market adoption of new revenue features

Demand Generation & Vertical Expansion:
- Develop vertical-specific playbooks
- Identify emerging use cases across logistics ecosystem
- Collaborate with product to prioritize revenue-driving enhancements
4.
Strategic Account Development:
- Expand relationships within existing fleet and logistics customers
- Move from single-module deployments to platform-level adoption
- Build long-term commercial partnerships
5. Ecosystem Activation
- Partner with:Fleet management providers
- Financial service partners
- Insurance ecosystem players
- Telematics and compliance providers
- Structure revenue-sharing or transaction-based models
Required Experience
- 5–8 years in:Logistics technology platforms
- Fleet management SaaS
- Embedded finance within mobility
- Compliance automation or transaction-based platforms
- Demonstrated experience scaling platform-based revenue
- Experience commercializing new modules within existing customer base
- Strong understanding of fleet economics and operational workflows
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product teams
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Transportation, Finance, or Business
- MBA preferred but not mandatory
- Exposure to embedded finance or regulatory frameworks advantageous
Success Metrics (First 12 Months)
- Achieve assigned L.OS revenue target
- Expand at least 3 existing accounts into multi-module adoption
- Launch at least 1 new monetization module commercially
- Generate measurable revenue from newly introduced financial or compliance offerings
- Build at least 2 structured ecosystem partnerships
