  • Perform Audits to check EHS Compliance at workplace

  • Perform Audit follow-up to ensure corrective actions are implemented

  • Documentation Management: training records, Contractor Work Authorization records, Chemical Register, Safety Data Sheets, Equipment Buy Off records etc.

  • Data Analysis to study trends: near miss or accident trends, waste generation trends, audit findings trends etc.

  • Assist HSE Engineers on hazard assessment: equipment safety buy off, coordinate noise monitoring, storm water sampling, chemical exposure monitoring etc.

  • Support EHS Campaign events: prepare poster, coordinate games, quiz, exhibition etc.

  • Assis HSE Engineers on other activities as needed

  • Bachelor Degree in Science (Environmental, Health and Safety, Chemical Engineering preferably).

  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word

  • Local student needing to complete internship as part of their tertiary education

  • At least 6 months availability for internship

  • May 2024 intake
