• Conduct motor design changes including mechanical and electro-magnetic changes

• Release of locally sourced motor components together with purchasing and motor supplier

• Test planning and monitoring for release of motor as part of the overall brake/steering system

• Evaluation and documentation of test results

• Technical support for final assembly in production line

• Cooperation with other divisions in Germany, USA and Japan

• Master degree of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

• 5 years related working experience in DC/EC motor of actuation system

• Solid engineering background in DC/EC motor design and validation experience

• Capability of adapting Design FMEA

• Automotive brake/steering system knowhow and DC/EC motor control logic

• Experience of development of local motor supplier

• Fluent in English, and good communication skills

• Basic project management knowledge
