我们正在寻找一位经验丰富的高级仓库经理,负责监督仓库日常运营、推动流程优化并主导仓储数字化变革。理想的候选人应具备扎实的仓库管理及精益物流背景,擅长跨部门协作,并能高效管理团队和现场运作。

主要职责:

  • 现场日常管理 – 监督进出库物流运营,确保高效合规和质量,交付, 成本要求。
  • 团队管理 – 鼓励激励员工积极转型, 主导仓库布局优化及团队技能提升。
  • 流程优化– 运用价值流图析(VSM)与价值流设计(VSD)或其他AI 应用工具改进工作流程。
  • 数字化转型– 推动自动化与数字化项目, 能积极学习并使用AI 应用工具并落地
  • 外部服务商管理– 协调第三方物流、外包公司及设备供应商的合作关系。
  • 审核合规 – 主导内外部审核,确保符合行业标准。
  • 跨部门协作 – 与生产、物流及采购团队紧密合作,优化仓储运营。

任职要求:

  • 学历工业工程(IE)、物流或相关专业专科本科及以上学历。
  • 经验8年以上仓库管理、规划或精益物流经验,汽车或工业制造行业优先
  • 具备仓库实操经验,包括蓝领员工管理能力。
  • 了解**仓储硬件(AGV、叉车、WMS等)**及系统(SAP、MES等)。
  • 语言与能力英语基本满足日常工作沟通需求。
  • 出色的问题解决、领导力及团队协作能力
  • 系统化思维,以结果为导向
