Identify skill gaps and training needs by collaborating with cross-functional teams to determine what knowledge is needed for new or updated technologies.

Creating training programs to bridge skill gaps, focusing on technical skills and knowledge necessary for specific jobs.

Conducting training sessions based on shop floor requirements, on-the-job training (OJT), workshops, and evaluating the effectiveness of these programs through assessments.

Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, updating materials to reflect improvements in processes, equipment, or relevance regulations.
-
Utilizing data analysis and Lean efforts to standardize training processes and improve operational efficiency.
-
Managing training records, documentation, and databases to ensure compliance with quality systems.
-
Be the core team to promote the learning & continuous improvement mindsets (Growth mindsets) through motivating events and create the creative promotion medias including communication to associates.
Education Background:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial Engineering or related).
Qualifications:
-
2–3 years’ experience in technical training and instructional design (manufacturing/technical environment).

Experience in competence development programs, curriculum design, On-The-Job Training, and knowledge transfer.

Proficient in ADDIE model and training needs analysis, evaluation, and improvement.
-
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into effective training materials (documents, presentations, videos).
-
Strong facilitation, stakeholder coordination, and project management skills.
-
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
-
Growth mindset, adaptability, analytical thinking, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.
Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.
R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.
