What will you take care of?
with this 6 months Digital Sales & Operations Internship, you will support the Automotive Aftermarket Sales Team in improving daily commercial and logistics activities through digital tools, data analysis and artificial intelligence.
You will work in a dynamic sales environment, closely interacting with commercial, supply chain and operational stakeholders, with the goal of automating low value-added activities and enabling the team to focus on high value-added tasks.
Help shaping the future: You will actively contribute to the digital evolution of sales and logistics processes, proposing new ideas and practical solutions.
Take on responsibility, you will:
- Support sales and logistics activities through data analysis and smart automation tools
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor commercial and operational KPIs
- Use AI-based tools to simplify repetitive tasks (e.g. reporting, data preparation, analysis)
- Collaborate with the team to identify process inefficiencies and propose improvement ideas
- Act as a bridge between business needs and digital solutions
- Create clear and effective visualizations for non-technical stakeholders
- Work in an international environment, interacting with colleagues worldwide
What distinguishes you?
Education: Master’s student (or recent graduate) in Management Engineering, Digital Business, or similar fields with a strong interest in sales and business processes
Know-how & Skills:
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and digital tools
- Interest in automation, AI and business intelligence (hands-on experience is a plus, not mandatory)
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Power BI or similar and with programming languages such as Python is an advantage
- Basic understanding of sales or supply chain processes is a plus
Personality & Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Proactive mindset: you don’t just execute, you propose
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Practical, problem-solving attitude
- Ability to translate data into business insights Languages: Fluent Italian; Good knowledge of English B2/C1
What We Offer:
- Duration:6 Months Full Time Internship (Curricular or Extracurricular);
- Internships foresee reimbursement at Bosch Italia, for undergraduate students or holders of a Bachelor’s degree, a monthly allowance of €700 is provided, in addition to access to the company canteen. For candidates holding a Master’s degree or an additional academic qualification, a monthly allowance of €900 is provided, together with access to the company canteen.
- The internship commencement date is expected to fall between early March and early April.
