• Support for Health Safety and Environment department documentation such as Newsletter, brochures / leaflets, etc.

• Support for events

• Preparing weekly report summary for Department

• Support in doing Admin tasks for HSE

• Coordinate and support for HSE meetings

• Assisting HSE associates in taking simple actions / tasks

• Support in digitizing and transforming EHS training materials

• Undergraduate Student / Master program student (*Faculty: Environmental Engineering or Chemistry) *

• Good knowledge of English is a plus

• Excellent computer operating skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point)

• Communication and team-orientation

• Reliable and good working attitude
