At our Automotive R&D Center, we develop high-quality automotive components such as connectors, push belts, and DM-TL (Diagnosis Module for Tank Leakage). Our mission is to support engineering teams by delivering robust digital tools that enhance productivity and streamline workflows.

We are looking for a PHP Developer to join our team and collaborate with product owners and developers in Vietnam and Europe. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing internal web and mobile applications used in engineering, as well as developing new features that support global operations.

As a PHP Developer, you will:

• Work closely with product owners and cross-functional teams across Vietnam and Europe.

• Maintain and enhance existing web and mobile applications used by engineering teams.

• Develop new features based on business requirements and user feedback.

• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability.

• Resolve tasks independently and contribute to continuous improvement.

• 2+ years of experience in PHP development.

• Strong self-driven mindset with the ability to work and resolve tasks independently.

• Sufficient English communication skills to collaborate effectively with European stakeholders.

• Willingness to work onsite at Bosch Vietnam R&D Center in Ho Chi Minh City.

• Proficiency in Object-Oriented PHP and experience with MVC frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony). Familiarity with Nette is a plus but not required.

• Experience with MS SQL and Doctrine ORM.

• Solid knowledge of Git, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript.

• Additional experience with Docker, Redis, and Entra ID is a strong advantage.
