Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Source to Pay (S2P) Process Consultant to join our dynamic mobility aftermarket (MA) team. The ideal candidate will have a deep expertise in the end-to-end source to pay process, strong SAP functional knowledge and the ability to lead process design, implementation and optimization initiatives across complex enterprise environments. You will act as key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of S2P solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops and engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document S2P requirements.
• Drive end-to-end project lifecycle activities including blue printing, scoping, planning, designing, testing, training, deployment and post go-live support.
• Provide expert consultation and design for S2P processes like direct procurement, indirect procurement, vendor master, purchase orders, scheduling agreements, third party process, sub-contracting, vendor consignment, vendor returns, invoice management and EDI.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Design scalable solutions to address the source to pay requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like order to cash, finance, supply chain, logistics to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
• Support SAP implementations, upgrades and rollouts in S/4 HANA landscape.
• Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
• Provide post-go-live support and ensure smooth business continuity.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants or analysts.
• Document processes, enhancements and project-related artifacts.
• Stay current on best practices in source to pay and new technologies.
• Effective collaboration with project and business organization with strong stake holder management skills
• Ability to navigate interpersonal conflicts professionally and contribute to solutions.
• Communicate assertively to ensure clarity, alignment and timely decision making

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology, Business administration, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S2P modules in ECC or S/4HANA.
• Experience in full lifecycle implementations and support of source to pay module.
• Experience in integration of S2P with other cross modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP S2P certification.
• Experience in global rollouts of source to pay in automotive space.
• Strong understanding of Source to Pay business processes including supplier onboarding, purchase requisition, purchase order, scheduling agreement, goods receipt, inbound verification and payment processing.
• Familiarity with tools such as MFALM, SAP Solution Manager, Jira, Service Now, etc.
• Experience working with a global team.
• Excellent communication and articulation skills
