Main Objective:

Optimize the daily operations of the Vice Presidency through proactive management of agendas, resources, and strategic activities (travel, events, fleet), ensuring alignment with corporate and plant goals.

What challenges will you have?

• Manage and coordinate the agenda for the Vice Presidency
• Receive and direct commercial and business visits that take place at the plant
• Prepare and control purchase orders for plant requirements assigned to the role.
• Coordinate plant events assigned to the role
• Coordinate national and international travel, as well as expense reports for the Vice Presidency

Who are we looking for?

• At least 4 years of related experience
• Advance English Level is required (C1-C2)
• Preferably has worked in the automotive industry for at least 3 years

Technical Knowledge

• Experience with SAP
• Excellent communication skills and time management.
