Manage quality topics by identifying weaknesses in the processes and products;

Promote Continuous Improvement with a strong focus on Quality and Customer satisfaction;

Lead Problem Solving teams for quality issues;

Manage the SMT Plant-to-Plant (P2P) process;

Follow up on internal and external customer and supplier audits;

Actively participate in the sample production phase with project managers;

Make complex analysis and follow up measures, with the development, Center of Competences and internal teams;

Perform process confirmations and propose improvements;
-
Ensure compliance with standards and procedures;
-
Identify best practices and promote yokoten implementation;
-
Ensure Operators work according to work instructions and standards.
