  • 负责新能源汽车主驱电机控制器应用层软件算法开发及测试相关工作;

  • 算法开发包括但不限于温度估算算法、过调制算法、NVH优化算法、软解码算法、无位置传感器控制算法、死区补偿、温度补偿、角度补偿算法等功能;

  • 开展新功能算法设计,完成Simulink建模和单元测试;分析、解决、优化现有控制算法存在的问题;

  • 撰写控制算法开发相关的软件需求、报告和文档;

  • 进行MIL/HIL测试,制定测试计划和测试策略,设计测试用例和脚本;

  • 支持应用层软件的台架和车辆匹配标定。

  • 电气工程、自动控制、汽车电子等相关专业硕士及以上学历;

  • 3年新能源汽车MCU永磁同步电机控制器应用层软件相关开发经验;

  • 精通电机理论、电机控制和电力电子的基本原理,具备良好的自动控制理论基础,精通永磁同步电机矢量控制、直接转矩控制、弱磁控制算法、过调制算法、死区补偿、NVH性能优化;

  • 熟悉汽车及电驱系统软硬件,了解新能源汽车电机控制领域最新的发展趋势、核心的功能需求及算法实现方案,有快速原型开发经验;

  • 熟悉AUTOSAR架构,具有AUTOSAR开发经验优先;

  • 熟悉ASPICE开发流程优先;

  • 具有一定的功能安全概念和经验;

  • 良好的团队合作,有创新力,善于沟通,责任心强。
