Skilled expert on the different special processes such as Screwing, press-in, liquid sealing dispensing, testing, belt tensioning and others. This position should have knowledge and experience about problem solving methodologies (8Ds, Six Sigma, Kepner Tregoe, Shainin Red X)

Responsibilities:

• To execute assessment on current and new processes related to the special process to assure conformity Suggest and implement improvements to special processes and communicate them to lead plant to standardize and evaluate leverage to other plants

• Coach and guide Manufacturing and Maintenance teams on special processes to increase knowhow within the technical team

• Act as a resource to support Manufacturing and Maintenance teams on major technical issues during series production

• Participate on International Production Network on the definition and deployment of new technologies related to the field of specialization

• Support Problem Solving Strategy thru the project coaching and execution of a structured methodology

• Bachelor's Degree: Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or alike.

• English: intermediate - advance

• 3 - 7 years of experience in the area of Problem Solving or Special Processes
