Quarterly coordinate, track, prepare, and document compliance gratuities reports & charts.

Systematize and archive contracts, agreements, and other important documents according to Data concept & protection.

Prepare the annual Long Service awards and thank-you letters and distribute to all respective departments.

Translate documents into Vietnamese or English when required.

Order office stationery for PC, PT, CTG areas on a regular basis.
