T and computing X:

• Scouting and prototyping innovative product concepts for application in IOT@Life, industrial and other fields

• Cooperation with Bosch business units in China and worldwide for requirement analysis, technology transfer, and to evaluate market attractiveness of innovation projects

• Based on the actual situation of business and R&D, continuously optimize the project roadmap, coordinate resources across teams, identify risks, resolve issues, and deliver results

• Design system architectures based on customer requirements for various research projects

• Lead activities from ideation to SOP and market release, ensuring product reliability and process traceability

• Collaborate with leading Chinese research institutes and participate in / lead joint projects

• Analyze technology and market trends and derive impacts on research strategy and identify key partners

• Excellent master degree, ideally Ph.D., in the field of computer science, electronic engineering, artificial intelligence, IoT, or a related field

• Project management experience, as well as international experience is a strong plus

• Demonstrated experience leading products from ideation to mass production, with a focus on product quality and scalability

• Strong team player with autonomous and efficient working style

• Passion for innovation, problem solving & entrepreneurial mindset

• Initiative and ability to lead research projects and implementation of research results in industrial environment

• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (oral and written)
