• Building up and supporting new service providers and prepare decisions on acceptance as a new service provider.

• Analyzing existing logistics processes and formulating alternative possible solutions. Performing cost-effectiveness analyses and cost comparisons.

• Evaluating results and formulate proposals for the introduction phase.

• Preparing decisions with the affected departments.

• Holistically planning the implementation and coordinate with internal/external departments.

• Monitoring the introduction phase and coordinate internal/external departments.

• Checking the interim results and suggesting, clarifying, and implement corrective actions. Documenting the implementation.

• Supporting and training the affected departments as part of the conversion.

• Has experience in quality-related processes in the warehouse from stock blockages, regulating return to healthy stocks, FMEA

• Has experience as a gatekeeper for one of the most audit-prone areas that carries cash-out risk: Scrapping

• Expert knowledge in regulatory HSE and dangerous good standards.

• Expert knowledge in deploying shopfloor standards to the Logistics Service Provider (LSP) like 6S, waste management, performance management, process maturity etc.
