As an Office Coordinator you will join us to support the Office Management team to keep our Bosch Digital Bulgaria office at Polygraphia Business center running smoothly by carrying out a range of administrative, financial and managerial tasks. You will be working closely with our Office Manager.

This role requires a strong on-site presence.

Your contribution to something big:

Participate in office management activities including but not limited to:

• Management of the reception desk on a rotational basis, in a professional manner, acting as first point of contact for external visitors and internal colleagues;
• Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and proper arrangement of office facilities to maintain a tidy, efficient, and welcoming work environment.
• Preparation and receipt of shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing;
• Administrative duties and the organization of social activities, such as multisport programs, team-building events, and catering for seminars and training sessions;
• Collaboration with contractors and vendors, including preparing documents;
• Monitoring and evaluation of contract performance to ensure compliance and quality standards;
• Oversight of purchasing procedures, including placing orders, coordination of deliveries, and logistics management;
• Maintenance of required documentation regarding Health and Safety, Site Security and Sustainability according to company and local legislation requirements in English and Bulgarian.

What distinguishes you:

• Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Computer literate (MS office)
• Driver’s license will be considered a plus
• Experience in similar roles is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and eye for details
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proactive and open-minded personality
• Positive, enthusiastic, eager to learn approach
