• Fluent English both in writing and speaking.
• Technical background in Mechanics/Electronics, Master’s degree is preferred
• Basic know-how in design and process validation and ability to apply mechanical, electronics, software, engineering specific legislation know-how.
• Basic knowledge of problem-solving tools.
• Understanding of customer specific development process and knowledge of data evaluation.
• Good communication skills and can work under pressure, work with initiative and cooperation.
• Good leadership capabilities and high efficiency.
• Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and to define priorities.
• Automotive industry background is preferred.
