Robert Bosch Power Tool Kft. is looking for a Senior Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to strengthen its team in newly established Eastern-European Distribution Center (EEDC) in Miskolc, Hungary.
-
Responsible for strategically overseeing the warehouse’s stock to ensure optimal product availability and product-placement supporting the productivity goals of the warehouse
-
Developing and implementation of inventory strategies, supporting planning department in optimal ordering patterns
-
Monitoring and maintaining inventory and put-away control process
-
Monitoring stock levels, coordination of regular cycle counting, stock verification, coordination of yearly inventory taking
-
Investigate root-cause of internal stock deviation and customer claims, booking of justified deviations
-
Analyzing inventory data to identify saving opportunities, generating reports to inform decision-makers
-
Coordinating and supporting warehouse staff in daily inventory monitoring and auditing process

Participation in warehouse automatization projects

Continuous monitoring and corrections of warehouse-related material master data

Minimum BSc in business administration or logistics / supply chain management
-
3-5 years of experience in inventory management in a large warehouse, preferably distribution / order fulfillment warehouse

Team-player and motivation to coordinate others in the team to reach common goals
-
Process oriented thinking and structured, very precise working attitude, good organization skills, proactive mindset

Strong analytical skills to analyze data, draw conclusions and define optimization actions

Deep knowledge of inventory management systems and relevant software
-
Active English and Hungarian language proficiency (written and oral)

Knowledge of ERP systems (esp. SAP S4HANA EWM) is an advantage
