Key Responsibilities:

• Familiar with calendar and event management
• Schedule and facilitate meetings, document action items, follow-up open items
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including maintaining customer records, and managing documentation.
• Collaborate closely with frontline sales to assist with customer inquiries, and pricing information.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and support decision-making for sales strategies.
• Assist in the coordination of sales meetings and presentations, ensuring all materials are prepared and available.
• Facilitate communication between sales, BU, LOP, and other enabling functions to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; project management knowledge or certification preferred.
• Experience in business operations or project support, with basic exposure to BI tools and data reporting.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills to support cross-functional initiatives.
• Good analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Strong communication skills and service mindset.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
