  • Digitization within the department : Be an integral part of the digitization team focused on transforming indirect business processes. Your role will involve driving digital innovation thus shaping the future of our operational practices.

  • Project Management and Process Optimization: Take charge of a sub-project or small project under your own responsibility. This includes structuring work packages, analyzing existing processes, developing improvement plans, and implementing new digital standards. You will play a key role in automating business processes, creating insightful dashboards, and developing low-code solutions for indirect processes.

  • Operational Support and Development Assistance: Provide essential support in operational tasks within the team's projects, and contribute to the team's development activities. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of ongoing projects and initiatives.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Transformation Support: Work collaboratively with various interfaces and departments within the plant, fostering a cohesive approach to digital transformation. Assist the team in daily operations, driving digital transformation to ensure the highest quality of our products.

  • Current Students in Technical or Business Fields: Seeking current undergraduate or master's students majoring in Business Administration and Engineering, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, or related disciplines. Ideal applicants should possess a strong foundation in technical principles, combined with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical business context.

  • Advanced Organizational Skills and Proactive Work Ethic: Demonstrates the ability to self-organize, prioritize effectively, and approach tasks with a proactive mindset. Shows resilience with a 'don't give up' attitude and diligence in follow-up activities.

  • High Level of Self-Motivation and Responsibility: Exhibits a strong initiative, readiness to assume responsibility, and a quick understanding of new concepts.
