-负责实车功能测试和性能标定

Responsible for VCU/HCU function test and performance calibration.

-作为客户项目技术接口人，制定项目开发计划，协调内部资源，管理客户需求和工程变更.

Acting as customer technical interface, define project plan, coordinate internal resources, responsible for requirement management and change request.

-5年以上整车控制器/混合动力控制控制相关的系统、软件或标定经验

5 years system design, SW or calibration experience for VCU/HCU.

-至少两个完整得混合动力车型（PHEV）开发经验

At least 2 whole projects experience for HCU develop.

-熟悉汽车动力控制系统设计和软件开发

Familiar with powertrain control system design and SW development.

-具备一定的Matlab Simulink能力

Certain level capacity of Matlab Simulink:

-熟练掌握Vector CANape/etas INCA等标定工具；

Familiar with Vector CANape/etas INCA tool.

-本科以上车辆控制领域专业

Bachelor degree or above with automotive engineering background.
