We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineering Junior Staff to support our production operations. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, especially in the anodizing process. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth production, maintaining equipment, and driving continuous improvement on the shop floor
Key Responsibilities

Monitor hourly production results to ensure daily and weekly targets are met. Quickly address any issues or waste to maintain smooth operations.

Ensure machines and equipment are in optimal condition by following preventive maintenance schedules.

Manage chemical usage and inventory to support production plans while minimizing Work In Process (WIP).

Oversee jigs and equipment to ensure readiness and efficiency for production.

Support policy deployment and continuous improvement initiatives by engaging and motivating team members.

Maintain work standards and evaluate team performance to ensure consistent quality and productivity.

Enforce 5S practices and conduct regular patrols to ensure PPE compliance and workplace safety.

Investigate and resolve incidents to improve working conditions.

Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience: 0–3 years in a production environment, preferably with anodizing process exposure.

Skills: Strong shop floor management and technical problem-solving skills.

Basic chemical knowledge and experience with lab analysis.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production-related software.

Ability to work in hot, noisy environments and with chemical processes.

Language: Good command of English (spoken and written).
