MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Responsible for plant TEF & FCM activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, such as wiring, lighting, and control systems, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical issues, which can include identifying problems with a variety of testing devices and repairing or replacing faulty equipment, wiring, or fixtures.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of PLC programming.
  • Keep all plant facility (DG, Air Compressor Fire Hydrant, Transformer, AHU air supply, Vacuum pump, UPS, LT Pannel etc.) well in operation without hindrance, Timely AMC etc of all equipment to keep plant interrupted working.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan and execute work.
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance. Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and components.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic and testing equipment, Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • 5Why for top breakdowns/Technical loss and reduction (MTTR, MTBF).
  • Work with other technicians, engineers, and operations / cross functioning teams to coordinate repairs, improve system performance, and respond to emergency requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, inspections, and repairs performed.
  • Ensure the adequate supply or availability of domestic requirement of FCM (Light, Water, Air elements etc)
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, and ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
  • Risk assessment of process (due to machines) and actions and adequate contingency planning for machinery.
  • Maintaining hygiene workplace including plumbing, sanatory & housekeeping activity.
  • Training to associates on concerned associates.

B) Additional/Support –

  • Executing plant improvement points.
  • Effective communication, time management, and teamwork are crucial for working with various personnel and departments.
  • Maintain the min-max level of machinery spares and consumables.
  • 5’S co-ordination for his area of function & Kaizen activity coordination and MIS / MRM.
  • Knowledge of IATF guidelines for function.

BE in Electrical or Electronics Engineering:

EXPERIENCE - 6 - 10 Years

SKILLS –

  • Negotiation Skill, Communication and presentation skill, SAP Knowledge of his area of operation.
