8. Over 3 years of experience in PCBA design, with independent design capabilities. 3 年以上 PCBA 设计经验，具备独立设计能力

9. Proficiency in EDA tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence, OrCAD) and simulation tools. 熟练使用 EDA 工具（如 Altium Designer、Cadence、OrCAD 等）及仿真工具

10. Familiar with embedded system hardware design, analog/digital circuit design. 熟悉嵌入式系统硬件设计、模拟 / 数字电路设计

11. Knowledge of hydraulic proportional valve control principles. 了解液压比例阀控制原理

12. Strong problem-solving ability. 较强的问题解决能力

13. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit. 良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神

14. Fluent in English or German, both oral and written. 英语或德语听说读写流利
