4. Prepare fixture for new products为新产品设计工装

5. Coordination of value stream projects(assembly process optimization, fixture optimization etc.)协调价值流相关项目（装配工艺流程优化，工具工装优化...)

6. Coordination of assembly new sample plan, Validation of new process and new MAE协调新产品样机装配计划,新工艺新设备的验证

7. StaB process time analysis and optimization. StaB分析优化过程时间

-Bachelor degree or above, mechanical or automotive related major

-With 3 years assebmly and testing working experience in mechanical manufacturing factory

-Have knowledge and experience in mechanical product assembly and testing

-Have knowledge about FMEA,Control plan, SAP

• Good ability in construction of mode concept, standard definition, etc.

• English in listening,speaking, reading and writting

• Team player, independent work and self motivation

机械相关专业大学本科以上教育背景

3年以上的装配和测试工作经验

熟悉机械产品装配和测试工艺

熟悉FMEA，CP的建立流程,会使用SAP

熟悉标准化模块的建立

英语流利，具有听说读写能力

较强的团队合作和独立工作的能力
